Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal so shop with confidence at the Outdoor Kitchen Outlet. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase feel free to return your purchase.

  • Items returned within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for a full refund less shipping costs incurred by the Outdoor Kitchen Outlet. Customer is not responsible shipping costs for items being returned due to shipping damage or defect.

  • Items must be returned in new unused condition, or in the state that they were received.

  • Items must be returned with all the original packaging including accessories and UPC code. It is customers responsibility to repackage opened items to prevent shipping damage.

  • Items must include unused warranty card.

  • No warranty claims and no rebates should have been filed or claimed.

  • Items must be shipped back fully insured and using trackable shipping at buyer’s expense.

  • Proof of purchase in form of receipt or similar is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Cash and check refunds over $250 will be refunded by company check mailed to your address (may take up to 21 business days). 

  • There are no returns or exchanges on Clearance, As-Is, or Final Sale merchandise. We do not accept returns on seasonal items.

  • Special orders, open box, warehouse deals, gift cards and custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable unless defective.

  • Seasonings and other food items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is a manufacturer defect or error.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been installed, used or washed.

  • Original shipping cost and return shipping costs will be charged on all return items except if item(s) are returned due to Outdoor Kitchen Outlet error or the product is damaged and cannot be repaired.

  • If customer refuses delivery for any reason other than for damaged product, the delivery and return shipping cost will be deducted from the customer refund value.

  • If customer refuses the entire shipment because only a part of the item is damaged, the cost of delivery and return shipping for the non-damaged merchandise will be deducted from the customer refund value.

  • Items that are returned to the Outdoor Kitchen Outlet and our affiliates because the address provided was invalid and thus could not be delivered will incur deduction from the refund for delivery and return shipping

  • If the customer order has already shipped and the customer chooses to cancel and/or return, we will deduct delivery and return shipping from the refund.

  • If the customer order included a package discount and any one item was returned, the discount will be voided and you will not be credited for the total amount of the discount.

  • If parts or accessories are missing from the original packaging, your return maybe denied or a fee will be deducted from your refund value.


A written copy of our return policy will be provided to you upon request.

How to Return

Customers need to call the Outdoor Kitchen Outlet and ask for Customer Support. You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. You will be required to take pictures of the item being returned prior to authorization of the RMA. The RMA will include return address of where to ship the item(s). You will then need to ship the items back to the Outdoor Kitchen Outlet via fully insured carrier with trackable shipping and signature required.

The refund will be processed once the item is returned to the OutdoorKitchenOutlet or our affiliate and fully inspected. The Outdoor Kitchen Outlet reserves the right to refuse the refund if return policies are not met.
