Shipping Policy

The Outdoor Kitchen Outlet ships smaller items ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Larger items or multiple items will ship on a pallet via ground Freight Delivery. The customer must provide at phone number that will be used to schedule the Freight Delivery drop off. If Delivery Company is not able to reach customer and or schedule the delivery the order will be returned and the customer will be responsible for all the shipping costs.

  • At the time of delivery, an adult is required to sign and accept the Freight Delivery. You need to make sure the Bill of Lading (BOL) number on the receipt matches stickers on the delivery boxes.

  • You must make sure the number of items listed on the BOL matches what was delivered.

  • Freight Delivery drivers will provide lift gate delivery if specified at time of order. Once the delivery arrives the driver will use a pallet jack to deliver the order to the driveway or nearby garage.

  • All deliveries are fully insured from the day it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your specified location.

  • You must inspect all product(s) upon delivery, checking for damage on both the interior and exterior of the carton prior to signing for the delivery receipt. All damage including concealed damage must be noted before you sign and the driver leaves. If there are any issues you should call the Outdoor Kitchen Outlet immediately. Note any damage on the delivery receipt by writing “Damaged”. Neither the Outdoor Kitchen Outlet, nor the shipping shall be held liable for any damaged that has not be properly noted and reported – so make sure you check all the items before you sign.

  • All damages must be noted on the shipping company's Bill Of Lading and you must refuse delivery for damaged product(s) only, not the entire order. Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage legally states that you received the freight in good condition.

  • For UPS or Fedex deliveries, you have 24 hours to report any damages.

  • It is required that you take photos of any damage that you notice as proof.

  • You need to make sure all item model numbers listed on the invoice and BOL match the model numbers listed on the boxes.

  • For indoor deliveries, you must make sure your walls and floors are covered. Neither Outdoor Kitchen Outlet nor the shipping company will be held responsible for damages to your personal property.

  • Our customer service department must be notified within 24 hours of delivery for all damages.
