INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs inch thick fresh zucchini slices (or summer squash)
- 1–2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Za’atar spice
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper ( kosher salt optional)
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
