Smokin' Smores on Grill Pizza

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pizza crust
- 1/3 cup Nutella
- 3 graham crackers, broken into large pieces
- 1 tbsp honey
- 8 large marshmallows
INSTRUCTIONS
- You can make your own pizza dough or buy it from the store.
- Set the grill to 450 degrees before cooking pizza on the stone.
- The dough should be placed on a lightly floured surface and rolled out into a round.
- Cut graham crackers into bite-sized pieces. Use kitchen scissors to slice marshmallows into three round shapes each.
- After prepping your dough, place it on the grill near a pizza stone. Close the lid and let cook for 2 minutes.
- Use tongs to flip the dough over.
- Gently spread the Nutella over the crust with a spatula. Add graham crackers on top of the Nutella, then drizzle with honey. Top it off with marshmallows, pressing them lightly into the Nutella.
- Let the grill bake the pizza for three minutes. Once the marshmallows are golden brown, use tongs to take them off of the grill.
- Serve the grilled s’mores pizza!
Enjoy this recipe while the marshmallows are still piping hot! Once they cool off and harden, they're not nearly as delicious.

Although this method takes slightly longer, the pizza will still be ready in under ten minutes.
Nutella tips
Although the hazelnut spread used in this recipe is not technically Nutella, it is a knockoff version from Costco that is now used for everything. The recipe calls for only one-third cup of the spread, which may not seem like enough at first but it spreads easily once warmed up by the hot pizza crust. Use a spatula to spread it thinly across the entire crust without overpowering the other pizza ingredients.
